Historic charm in a prime spot
I liked the spacious room with a full kitchen, made breakfast super easy! The building's vibe is so elegant, really felt luxurious! Loved being near the tram and shops, but noise from the trams at night was a lil annoying. The restaurant was nice, but I wish there were more breakfast options in-house.

Bathroom could use some modernization!!! A coat stand and hooks would make entry more convenient!!! Noisy trams at night disrupted sleep!!! A few areas felt just a bit tired and could use refreshing!!!

A great stay with friends! The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center were awesome after exploring nearby attractions like the Christchurch Museum and Hagley Park. The bar was a nice spot for drinks too. Staff did a great job, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

The bar downstairs was perfect for grabbin a drink before dinner. staff were super friendly and always helpful, made our stay more enjoyable. loved the pool and spa area, great to relax after a day out. location is spot on, so close to everything you wanna see!
only thing was the bedrooms seemed a bit small for the overall size of the suite, and room service menu could use more basic options.
